Junior was born in Monroe, GA, to Barbara Stepp Burnette and William Radford Burnette, Sr. He grew up surrounded by love and family, which shaped him into the caring and compassionate person he was known to be. Junior’s devotion to his family was unwavering, and he leaves behind his wife Tammy Burnette, children Adam Burnette and Brittany Pace, sister Sheryl Pate, and grandchildren Will Burnette, Boyd Pace, and Baylee Pace.
