Scott Morrow Obituary Death – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brian Scott Morrow, age 39, of Dade City, who departed from us on Monday, February 26, 2024, at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. Brian’s life was a testament to love, laughter, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those around him. In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully accepts donations or contributions may be made in Brian’s memory

A Cherished Son and Public Servant: Born on November 6, 1984, in Dunedin, FL, to Charles and Jeanne Morrow, Brian dedicated his professional life to public service. As the Public Works Director for the City of San Antonio, his commitment to enhancing the community was unwavering. Brian’s heart extended beyond his professional life, as he opened his home and heart to 7 wonderful children as a foster parent. His love and care made a lasting impact on these children, and he was adored by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family, Friends, and Fun Adventures: Brian found immense joy in spending time with his family and friends. Whether camping, golfing, or fishing, he embraced life’s adventures with a spirit of enthusiasm. His sense of humor and kindness endeared him to all who shared in these moments with him. Survived by his wife, Amber C. Morrow, and his children, Jason and Camron Morrow, Brian leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion.

Celebration of Life Services: He is also survived by his parents, Charles and Jeanne Morrow, and his sister, Tracey, and brother-in-law, Tim Boehnlein. His extended family includes his in-laws, nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles. Funeral services to celebrate Brian’s life will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Oasis World Outreach Church, 35636 Hwy 54 West, Zephyrhills, Florida 33541.

Honoring Brian’s Memory: Friends are invited to pay their respects two hours prior to the service (11 am – 1 pm) at the church on Saturday. Private interment services will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery. To the Caterpillars to Butterflies Charitable Foundation, Inc., a cause close to his heart. Brian Scott Morrow’s legacy lives on through the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the laughter he brought to those around him. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends during this difficult time. May Brian rest in eternal peace.
